He focused on the food business and started restructuring them and this is what made them successful. The reason he ventured into the food business was because they were recession-proof industries.

He also improved the IT systems of the businesses and this contributed to the success of the businesses. Through new ideas, the team was able to do a lot of hard work and they were able to turn around the failing businesses into successful and profitable businesses.

Through commitment and dedication, they were able to see results on the businesses they took over. With time, Hussain al Nowais was able to grow his food business and established a manufacturing food company.
